LASER CUT STENCIL FOR COMMUNITY SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN.

SNAP A PIC OF THIS LASER CUT STENCIL IF YOU SEE IT OUT!

Check out this laser cut stencil we recently cut out of cardboard for The Launceston City Heart Project.

Helen from The Launceston City Heart Project was the one to get in touch with us. The project’s aim? To boost community engagement across the Launceston CBD and general area. We created the stencil with cutouts so they could spray paint or chalk the message around the city. DIY marketing at its best!

This community engagement project is part of a bigger campaign to make Launceston citizens feel engaged in their area.

The Launceston City Heart Project are encouraging everyone from the community to get involved. So if you live in the area look out for the design.  If you see the #launcestonheart hashtag and logo out on the streets snap a pic! Post it on social media with the hashtag and boost community spirit.

Here are a few images of the finished product plus the logo out and about on the streets.

What a creative way to get the community feel!

Laser cutting the stencil wasn’t too hard of a process. We make a lot of wooden signage so it was pretty similar procedure. Cardboard is a good material for laser cutting because it can endure intricate details that can’t be created on other materials. When paper is too flimsy and wooden signage is too stocky, cardboard is the correct way to go!

Have your own cool and creative idea? Whether it’s for personal use or a community campaign, we can laser cut no matter the occasion. We offer a range of services and materials to suit your specific needs.
