Love this laser cut fashion that hit the MSFW runway!

Laser cut fashion looks better on the runway! We were thrilled to work with fashion designer Natalie Kieleithner to laser cut unique patterns into this outfit which hit the runway at Melbourne Spring Fashion Week.

Check out some of her stunning ensembles below!

Natalie Kieleithner is an emerging fashion designer who studied at RMIT University. Her designs have been displayed by the likes of Kikki K, Mariana Hardwick and for the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

This work for the MSFW was featured on Emerging Designers Runway. We couldn’t be more excited by how it looks!

Here’s what the very lovely Natalie had to say about these pieces.

“Your laser cutting services helped me create the perforations in the cape and jacket  (in the images above) through which I wove fringing.  It also created the more obvious, decorative effect of braille perforation in the wide leg pant.”

What great creative vision from a fantastic designer! Natalie’s work and artistic abilities are absolutely stunning. Feel free to check out more of her work here

Laser cutting is having its moment in fashion right now. It’s not uncommon to see laser cut fashion up on runways across the world. Even couture designers like Christian Dior are experimenting with the technique! It’s great to see laser cutting being used in a variety of ways and getting the praise it deserves.

If you have an awesome idea that involves laser cutting we’d love to hear it. You don’t have to be a fashion designer to work with us!  We just love being able to work with new and interesting people. It’s a lot of fun for us to experiment and create beautiful and one-of-a-kind items for people.
